Alison Schwartz, Owner and CEO

With over 20 years of experience in the progressive movement, Alison has a proven track record of excellence and rigor, adherence to values-based planning, and commitment to support rising leadership within our movement. Alison has served in leadership roles on coordinated campaigns, with state parties, on presidential and candidate campaigns, issue advocacy organizations, non-profits, and in the federal government.

Alison’s work has given her an opportunity to lead in all aspects of the work - from field organizing in states like Virginia, Missouri, and Nevada; to organizational leadership running a state party and a 501(c)3 organization; to leading political organizing for the Obama 2008 presidential campaign in Nevada, and in the Obama White House as Western Political Director; to Managing Director at the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center - the only progressive organization dedicated to ballot measures. This work has led to a desire to continue to support leaders across the movement - no one can do it alone and Alison’s expertise can help leaders to grow not only their organizations, but also their own leadership.

A native of Minnesota, Alison lives in Washington, DC with her husband and 2 kids.
